We are a privately owned company that has been in business for over 60 years. Our company was started in 1965 in Detroit, Michigan by Jack Houser. In the late 1970's Jack relocated his company to Dearborn, Michigan. It was at that time Jack Houser purchased a flag manufacturing warehouse in Alabama and opened a flag and banner retail store at the Dearborn location Called The Flag Shop. In 1997 The Flag Shop and it's parent company JH Corporation were bought by K&A Corporation. In 2004, The Flag Shop relocated to it’s current address: 11665 Levan Road in Livonia, Michigan.
The Flag Shop brand has been built on selling the finest quality American made flags at the most affordable price. We also strive to provide our customers with outstanding customer service. Over the years the product line has expanded from just U.S. Flags to most any type of flag imaginable, as well as, the hardware and accessories to go with our flags.
